Detection History & Audit Records

For Reports & Audits
Filtering recordsUse the Search, Status, and Date filters at the top to narrow the log to a specific incident window. Filter before exporting so your CSV covers only the events relevant to your report.
Exporting to CSVThe Export to CSV button downloads the currently filtered set of records. Each row includes the detection timestamp, zone, peak PM1.0 value, acknowledgement time, resolution time, and responding staff member.
Event status meaningsOpen events have been detected but not yet resolved. Acknowledged means an admin has seen it. Resolved means staff physically inspected the location and cleared it. All transitions are timestamped.

Peak PM1.0 values in logs

Each logged event records the highest PM1.0 reading captured during the detection window. Clean campus air sits at 2–8 µg/m³. A reading above 35 means aerosol was present. Above 80 is a confirmed heavy detection at that location.

Using history for discipline

Detection records include zone, time, peak reading, and the staff member who resolved the event. This information can be referenced directly in formal incident documentation submitted to administration.

Record retention

All detection events are stored on the FreshZone server and remain accessible to administrators. Only an Administrator can permanently delete records via the Delete All History action on this page.
